The library responsible for the global adoption of impulse responses as not only viable, but the new preferential method for representing mic'd speaker cabinets for both studio & stage the world over and integrated into every genre of guitar gear produced today. The Studio Mix Collection includes a large host of speakers housed in FenderĀ® 1x12, BognerĀ® 2x12, and MarshallĀ® 4x12 cabinets.

Originally released in 2013, this library's feature set has been remade in 2025 to be easier to navigate and use with today's tools, workflows, and upcoming OwnHammer software.

Impulse response files are provided in Wave Audio Format (.wav), and have been minimum phase transformed using a proprietary algorithm.

FILE FORMAT:

All impulse responses in this library are provided in wave audio (.wav) file format, which is compatible with most hardware and software loaders. All files are mono channel count, 24-bit, have been minimum phase transformed using a proprietary algorithm, and provisioned in 44.1 kHz, 48 kHz, 88.2 kHz, and 96 kHz sample rates.

In DAW environments, it is always best to use IR files that are the same sample rate of the project/session, as you cannot be certain that the IR loader you import the IR into has sample rate conversion correction capabilities.
