As an extension of the Terms of Service Agreement and End User License Agreement at OwnHammer.com, the following is our Abuse Policy and the consequences of infractions therein.

Any of the following acts will directly result in the permanent and irreversible banning of your account on the OwnHammer website in addition to the permanent revocation of ALL OwnHammer content licenses issued through OwnHammer and Pace systems:

• Violating any of the conditions set forth in the Terms of Service Agreement and/or End User License Agreement.
  
  
• Attempting to commit fraud against or otherwise circumvent our Refund Policy, either through direct action or request (excluding the request condition of accidental duplicate purchase).
  
  
• Falsifying personal identification information such as name, address, etc. required for security and identity protection purposes in executing transactions and assigning content licenses.
  
  
• Attempting to resell any purchased iLok enabled product content license(s).
  
  
• Attempting to force the use of proxy and/or anonymity services to engage with the OwnHammer website, such as the use of VPN's or email address obfuscation services or practices.
  
  
• Rude, demanding, disrespectful, or hateful interactions or unidirectional communication submitted through any contact medium (email, social media, etc.).
  
  
• Unnecessarily extreme slanderous public or private exposition about the OwnHammer brand, its products, or its members.
  

Should any of the above seem unreasonable or in violation of your own core beliefs, we simply, respectfully, and peacefully ask that you seek out and support another brand that aligns with your needs.
